Bryant Workforce provides welder training and certification for manufacturers, contractors, and municipalities. The owner, Tom Bryant, has been training welders since 2001. As a Veteran-Owned small business, Bryant Industrial is actively involved in building communities.

Tom used streamlined A.W.S. (American Welding Society) training procedures to bring our experienced welders to certification levels in four days. He also covered safe welding practices, troubleshooting, and test day expectations.

Tom taught and certified 7 of our facility technicians to be 6G certified welders. He helped save us money with supplying prepared steel for training as well as assisting with grant paperwork and scheduling during demanding situations. We hired Tom Bryant to instruct 3 welder apprentices in the art of welding. I would highly recommend Tom Based on his knowledge of the material and his course outline. He strongly emphasizes safety, by having employees watch a video and instructing them before starting hands on work. He gave the employees, who were once too timid, the confidence to handle any task. The course schedule worked around our plant process. If I needed these employees he was very accommodating. He was punctual on start times and dates. The course covered the basic oxy-acetylene process like gas pressure settings for the task at hand to lighting the torch. He covered all position stick welding, tig welding stainless steel to what speed and
amperage to create a perfect mig weld. I would recommend Tom on his professionalism, knowledge, and 1-on-1 interaction with the students. Tom gave the employees the burst of confidence they needed to prove to themselves they could handle any task.
